We guide you through both physical and mental transformation. Some of our values are health, happiness, and success because we want to see you healthy, happy, and thriving! Using a powerful mindset development program, clients are supported in releasing old habits that lead to stress as well as transforming behaviors and patterns that can become painful and add weight. We want to help you look in the mirror and see a happy, healthy, and self motivated YOU. We care about your goals and are here to help you step by step.

Body Soul Elite is also passionate about helping out in the community. As you get healthy and strong, you help us give back even more in the communities that need health services. The more we help YOU win, the more we can help others win as well!

Here’s some ways Body Soul Elite has had the honor to give back to Los Angeles:

  • Fed nearly over 1,000+ homeless individuals at Skid Row Development Center in Los Angeles.

  • Prepared hygiene kits that include toilet paper, deodorant, one pair of fresh socks, toothpaste and tooth brush. Handed out over 100 care bags.

  • Master Ceremonial Instructor at Downey Police Department 5K and crossfit challenge event 2nd Anniversary.

  • Did a tour duty in Israel with mission Team #5 in 2012 to help renovate bomb shelters through Cottonwood missions trips for an International outreach.

  • Mced for City Chamber Golf Tournament and volunteer at multiple community events.

  • Provided personable hands on private after school programs with at home student mentoring.

  • Lead a private group bi-weekly community hiking events in Hollywood to teach gratitude, breathing and functional movements.

  • Provided private community art classes in different cities to give back a different higher learning experience to youth and adults.
